classic hummus flatbread
Classic Hummus Flatbread
Ingredients:
8 oz. hummus goodness classic hummus
1 flatbread
cherry tomatoes (halved)
fresh parsley & mint (chopped)
feta cheese (omit or use vegan feta for vegan option)
1 tbs. za’atar seasoning
olive oil
Directions:
1. lightly toast flatbread
2. spread hummus on flatbread
3. top with tomatoes, feta, mint, parsley and za’atar
4. drizzle with olive oil, slice it up (or not!) and enjoy!
