Loaded Hummus Nachos

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Hummus Goodness Classic Hummus

  • crunchy pita bites

  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled

  • 6 cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 cucumber, diced

  • 6 olives, pitted and sliced

  • small bunch mint leaves

  • extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. On a large platter, spread out pita bites in a single layer

  2. Add dollops of hummus all over the pita bites.

  3. Top with your feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives and mint leaves.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Enjoy the GOODNESS!
